MOVE IN THE COTSWOLDS

BB Barre & Pilates offers Barre, Reformer Pilates and Yoga  classes in the Southern part of Gloucestershire, across two studios within the picturesque village of Hawkesbury Upton, Badminton.

All classes welcome all ages, all abilities, and all body types. Each class is full of laughter and free endorphins. And, of course, we offer only expert tuition with highly trained teachers who encourage, challenge and support you.

I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying it, I was shockingly weak and lacking all motivation to exercise a few weeks ago but now I LOVE our classes so much and feel 100% happier in myself too 💗 So a MEGA thank you to you for being so brilliant!!

WHO AM I?

I'm Bea - a Barre addict. A mum....of now two. And a lover of nature. Also a bad back sufferer, with slipped discs leading to surgery when I was just 23 years old.
